If all 3 of you just started having this exact same problem, It could be an issue on Ubisofts end, so you'll probably have a better chance of getting answers/fixin' it if y'all contact Ubisoft Support directly, here; https://support.ubi.com
Again guys, if you're all having the same issue, It's probably a problem at Ubisoft's end, and you should contact Ubisoft Support for help. I'm not sure any of the Community guys are in the office today, but the Support staff is still online.
EDIT; If you guys are all on PS4, PSN is having some issues, so you're gonna have to wait for Sony to fix it on their end.
It does seem to be related to the ongoing PSN stuff, which is currently still a problem in my region (US): https://status.playstation.com/en-US/ . We're monitoring the situation!
