The last 14 days i'd lot of game sync.. As advised here in forum, always choose "Server", instead of marked "phone" from game popup, to avoid loosing whole game progress.

Problem is, that every second sync i loose some coins & gems. Not much, but loosing 1k coins & 4 gems for nothing, isn't sooo funny. So is "Server" still the right option, or should i take marked "Phone" (shows always 0 Minutes, but i never play offline) when coins & gems are higher?



Could cache clearing, restert device cause sync. popup? Is there a differnce in clearing cache while online with frontiers running in background, to clear offline with closed app?

Anyone else on android with these random sync. syndrom? If sync. helps to wash binky's out, paying a bit will be ok for me; as long amount don't increase!

Sync is really bad at the moment... In the past it was all ok. Now sometimes if you resintall game fast, you can lose progress which you have done in past 15 minutes.

For me, offline runs doesn't upload, that's the worst problem with sync also heard someone on iOS EVEN WITH WiFI TURNED ON can lose a personal best record because its simply just don't upload to leaderboard.

Why in some points this game is getting worse ((

(Also I dont understand why this is different for some people. Game runs totally different on different devices... Hard to say)

Is there a mod who can help? See it coming; when finally collected the missing bike parts(in a year or so), my hard grinded coins for upgrading are gone
Swear that i always play online. Have to much fear loosing some progress to play offline. Where does the need of sync. come from?

I have this popup very often but more often I have "downloading" popup and download time is very long, I don't know what they are doing that I should download new content everyday

I would always choose the game save not server. The only thing that would make me choose server, was if I was expecting something to be added to my account by support.

Yep, "downloading" from whatever, i'd the last week in June and first days in July for +/- 4 times.

Choosing "Phone" instead of "Server" :-o ? RL told here, should only be done if always "Phone" was choosen. In my case i choosed from first popup always "Server". Not sure, but one time there was a huge differnce, and i choose "Phone"; but it showed played min.. For now, phone shows always 0 minutes. This make me take server, who shows playtime.

Could someone with SD card check his installation on android please. Perhaps TF has problems with int. and ext. memory. After inst., i put it int., this looks like that:



Although manager shows 223MB on SD, there's nothing ext.. Int.: one data folder with 39 files/ incl. some sub folders, one obb file 69,2MB. Can someone confirm the 536MB total? I try to check the MB's from the data folder. Somehow think 536MB is not correct shown from phone, or there is kind of double installation

Could someone from RL tell me if it is save to chose phone with 0 minutes playtime shown?

Ok, as far as i can see, the real physical storage is 223,2data + 61,9obb +37,5apk = 322,6MB. These are the data folders details:



On SD card i only find a ubisoft folder with a 0,3kb file. 213 from 536 shown MB in App Manager, i couldn't find. Got to old for android with SD card. Someone want to throw a 128GB P10+ or 64GB S8+ in my garden?(will send hi.res. nudes, ph.nr. & adress from 23 year old sis, mix from Lady Iris and tattoo girl Jane Doe, per pm)

Can a RL techi confirm that these last "downloading new content" popups(saw nothing new after dl) were official?, or could it be that the server search some content on SD, i pushed int., and download it again?
Could RL make a popup which asks for dl direction before dl?

Hey, why do you choose "server"? Of course you will lost your progress that way. When you play game progress is saved locally ("Device") and remotely ("Server"). If you have connection problems then sometimes remote progress is not saved properly. Local progress is saved ALWAYS. So when you did some progress and it not saved remotely game tells you that progress differs. And what you do? Instead of choosing correctly saved local progress you (for unknown reason) choose remotely saved old progress. Why do you do that? You should always choose "Device". Exceptions only when developers adding something to your profile like missing rewards, or when you want to play on different device. In those cases you should choose "Server" only single time.

Sure there's no real time saving to server? Damn, my whole world of online game understanding goes into pieces.

And, as you can see in posted popups above, device shows always 0 minutes time. But the better amounts, naturally this should be save when shown in popup, should ignore the time...

Never had connection problems. The reason for this sync. popups is total unclear to me.
Now feeling total embarrassed.
