I finished in the top 1% in the event and never recieved the track, have done everything on my end anyway you can help from your end. Thanks

Same thing. I was in top 1% and then saved the server side like they said. Pretty a loss at this point. If it was something more I would submit a ticket but past experience with submitting problems with Ubisoft have made me think twice. Not worth the headache, especially for something that should never have been a problem.
