My gun have very low dps. I dont know how to upgrade for this gun. If u know plzz help.

only way to upgrade it is to turn on the tier 1 system once you reach level 30.

just wait till you hit tier 40 and you get the hti bdc which is much more powerful.

although. the hti standard is the most powerful gun in main game and hti bdc is only required for the tier system, if you want to up your damage per second in the main game specifically (rather then damage per bullet )use a weaker rifle with faster rate of fire and bigger clip size. (msr with 10 round clip or 1891 with 20 round clip.)

In the base game, the HTI can one-shot a helicopter if you remove the suppressor, but I think you need to upgrade your 'damage to vehicles' skill to the max as well.

yeah if your just using it for destroying helicopters in the main game (not tier 1 system) then just remove the suppressor and it should 1 shot kill all helicopters when the damage to vehicle skill/perk is fully unlocked.
all other bolt action rifles are 2 or 3 shots to destroy helis.
