If Ubi invited me to a PR event I would never do them the disservice and become a yes man just because I was happy to be there.

I would stand for what the community has said on a consistent basis to get the best gaming experience possible from Wildlands and also raising revenues for them.

But the people chosen to do the events are unfortunately shill yes men who don't have opinions of their own and it's truly a shame.
Ok, you want to continue along the same lines as the abusive messages you sent me? Fine, I am happy, because at least we can discuss the issue in public.

Let's start with easy stuff first. If it was all PR then why hasn't every workshop been used? There are two videos but a hell of a lot more workshops than that along with written reports that we produce - unrequested, we do it for the love of the franchise - how does all that figure in your accusation. Let alone the simple, so simple I'm hoping you'll grasp it easily, fact that Ubisoft gain nothing from any of us being Yes men. Why would they go to the bother of getting us to a workshop unless there was any community feedback from us, unless we told them uncomfortable truths?

Secondly, show me one post, one comment from me that ever said GR shouldn't have PvP in all that time before we knew we'd have it? Show me one post or comment where I agree with the decision on the AI control.

If you've read some of my posts on the subject, then you'd know that I don't think they care at all about the network... especially considering that they haven't fixed one single damn thing on there in nearly 5 months.

But I asked you. Do you actually think that they care about the network?

Well I certainly think they care about it more than say Activision did Call of Duty Elite which was a paid subscription when first released compared to a free online stats page that is GR Network.

I'd have thought that was pretty obvious from my reply, but if I need to spell it out, then yes, I think they care about the network.

I know what you have posted, but considering that the Ubisoft staff started and stickied a thread asking how to improve it, and they wouldn't have done that unless they had agreement that improvements could be made, then I happen to think you're wrong.

If a developer or company releases a game with flaws and then refuses to fix them that would be a case of not caring.
As you start to get old your memory fails, yes... we all go thru that at some point in our life.

Funny how the excuse that games are better now because we have better technology is also used as an excuse for more flaws in the release of a new game, with the now STANDARD 1st day miracle patch. This game with 5 patches later is still flawed in many parts of the gameplay. Sure, according to some of you, having a God-Like enemy, etc, etc is not a flaw is part of the vision of the developer. My bad.

One of the first things many people playing the beta whine about (I say whine because even if its legitimate feedback, the fanbois will claim is part of how the game must be played) was the Teammate AI, enemy AI and driving/flying. I am not naive nor stupid enough to believe that they fixed it out of the goodness of their heart, on the contrary, they fixed it because even the masses were complaining about it, otherwise, we would still have the flaw flying just like we do the AI.

    LMAO

Who cares about a stickied thread when they haven't fixed ANYTHING on the network in almost 5 months? We've been pointing out all the problems again and again, but nothing ever gets fixed. It's literally one of the worst websites I've been to in years. I don't think that anyone at Ubisoft is currently assigned to work on the network, or if they are then they are collecting a paycheck without ever doing anything. How can you possibly defend that? It's mind-boggling.

And by the way, I think that the moderators of the forum do care, but they have no effect on the authorities at Ubisoft who refuse to assign anyone to fix the problems on the network.

I'm not defending anything, I'm just pointing out to you that they seem prepared to improve the site and they seem to care about how you would like to see any improvements made. The thread was started by the Ubisoft staff who make up some of the moderators, so at least we're now in agreement that Ubisoft cares.

What, you are playing word games now? No we are absolutely NOT in agreement about the network. Don't put words in my mouth again. That's shady.

The fact that you keep ignoring is that the moderators have no authority to get things fixed. They can pass on information, but it seems that most of that information is not getting to anyone who is actually in charge. The network has been 100% neglected. Why can't you admit that? It's bizarre.

So tell me, how many MORE months have to go by with nothing getting fixed on the network before you change your tune? We are approaching 5 months with nothing getting fixed yet, and you interpret that as Ubisoft actually caring about it. Unbelievable. With each post you make I am having a harder and harder time taking you seriously.
