To the moderator: I know that you are just doing your job (and doing it well I must say) but there is really no point in appeasing the whiny babies in this forum. Any post/thread that begins with "Ubisoft doesn't care" or "Ubisoft sucks" or anything else in that sentiment should just be ignored. It is obvious that they are just whining with very little useful input to give.
No, that's why I referenced R6. The forum says more about a small section of the player base and their jaundiced viewpoint than it does about the game. Same here.Originally Posted by Flaw3dGenius23 Go to original post
How mature of you to come let us know what a bunch of whiners we are... mature guys like you is why posts are still alive. Perhaps you should take your own advise and not add fuel to the fireOriginally Posted by Lex_Schwarzkopf Go to original post
BTW... your post was extremely insightful. I am sure the whiners have now learn their lesson. Keep up the good work.
So, only those who like UBI and Kool-Aid drinkers should be allowed? How are games going to be fix if all of you just let them know that there is nothing wrong they can do?Originally Posted by hewlett0187 Go to original post

I get it your a Uber Ubi fan and they can do no wrong in your eyes but cmon some people have legitimate issues with their games you dont need to go into hyper defense mode every post.Following the deployment of 2.2.1 on all platforms, we launched an investigation to understand the increase of concerns and issues being reported by the community. In our investigation, we have seen a slight increase of shots being rejected by the server. As a result we are rolling out a server-side fix to address this slight increase that we have tracked. We’ll be honest, you may not feel a change as Hit Registration quality is part of an ongoing process of updates and tweaks.
We want to be clear that this fix will not address all hit registration and there are still going to be a small amount of shots that may get rejected or may appear as though they are rejected. Regarding appearance of hit rejection, there are many factors. The biggest one is related to kill cam misalignment. We are working hard to make kill cams more accurate, but at the moment they are not always reliable. Along the same lines, we are working to make the camera alignment feel more accurate.
Hit Registration quality has been an on-going priority for the development team. We monitor it closely, and when there is an increase of mentions or concerns from the community we turn to our data and tracking to understand the situation better. Sometimes our tracking does not align with the community sentiment, where we do not see an increase of hit rejection. This may mean that there are other issues you are experiencing, such as, kill cam inaccuracy, latency issues, or a bug regarding camera misalignment. We still look at videos and gifs you send us, but it may not specifically be associated with “Hit Registration” and may be something else.
We are working on all of the issues mentioned above and we appreciate your passion and dedication to helping us improve the game during Operation Health. We’ll have another update in the coming weeks on where we are at with the development of P2P feature removal, new servers, and how we’re planning on addressing high ping.

Oh and your point about 20 million well thats just great that another amazing series has went mainstream and weve lost such a great game to them. From now on all Rainbow games will be like Siege with Christmas Tree huds and a million different wall hacks in the game with some players able to run supersonic speeds. Bravo what a way to take it forward sadly this does not excite myself as much as you.Following the deployment of 2.2.1 on all platforms, we launched an investigation to understand the increase of concerns and issues being reported by the community. They can and do wrong. I've made no secret of how I would like the AI to be in this game. I also made no secret in my appeal for GR PvP and in my feedback to the R6 Dev team after the alpha about P2P as a connection. Not because it effects me, I can get around it, but because it is not great for everyone and they are now addressing this on R6 at least.Originally Posted by Flaw3dGenius23 Go to original post
I wont defend all Ubi decisions, because that is down to each of us as a personal preference and I will argue mine on that basis, but I will defend their intent and their care for their community and their absolute right as the creative drivers to make those decisions. Your whole post, whilst making a point about R6 actually served to demonstrate that they do care. That's what the issue is in this thread. From the top down, they care. Dislike the game by all means but it annoys me that people think they then have the right to extrapolate their discontent onto the hard working, dedicated and passionate people that created the game. Yeah I'm an Uber fan, but a fan of their people and their love of games, a fan of their values and their passion; that is what Ubisoft is.
As i said if they cared that much would they of released so much paid content/DLC for Rainbow Six before actually trying to fix them game 18 months after release? That's not caring thats getting everyones money out of them at the start then trying to fix the game to extract even more.Originally Posted by AI BLUEFOX Go to original post
Now if they had put the game out and then decided you know what guys this is not good enough we will fix this before we put out all the micro transactions and DLC and not wait 18 months only then could they convince people they really care. This nonsense that Ubi are everyones friend and care so much about us is baffling to say the least. In Ubi's eyes we are $200 that is all.
