    A can only confirm this. I made a big thread with some Video to Show the difference between 1.6, 1.6.1 and 1.7.

    Bump. I just tested PTS3 and this still hasn't been fixed. By innate signature resource gain, I'm referring to when you have +0% Signature Skill Resource Gain. The mechanic is well documented here: https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivision...ces_explained/. When you had +0% Signature Skill Resource Gain, you still gained signature skill resources in previous patches before 1.6.1 depending on the enemy killed (normal, veteran, or elite) and whether or not it was a headshot. Now, you don't get anything.
