All the special moves that turn the characters yellow MUST have a cooldown. I'm not asking for anything crazy here, instead I'm asking for something that will make spamming them not possible and give the opponent a couple seconds to breathe and not get beaten to oblivion. This is more necessary if we're talking about the Centurion who has the ability to stun after he stuns, after he stuns over and over again. The cooldown should also turn these moves into something that requires that perfect moment and precise timing instead of being spammed in any instance.

No, your Centurion will not be useless because I'm not talking about making these moves available only once per fight. idea it would be useless, because there are only 2 options:
the cooldown would be to little to affect anything, or a little longer so you won't be able to do it's mix up combos. and while cent does his combos, you have plenty of opportunities to block or escape they combos along the way. getting killed in one combo doesn't mean he's op, it means people that taught against him didn't know that there are opportunities to escape or block...
