The same happens to me, i had green nat before 1.5 (i think it was that) network patch. After that it was yellow and now its red, properly set router and all.Originally Posted by SerArthur-Dayne Go to original post
Ive now tried everything possible. Still red nat regardless of anything I do... I dont understand why they didnt invest the 10K they are handing out for prize money into getting some servers.
Does anyone have any ideas? Or fix this somehow? I think im gonna have to move to a different game atm if I cant get a yellow nat :/
The last thing I can think of other than the things you have said you have done would be to contact their support. They are pretty much useless though, doesnt hurt to try I guess. The game is pretty unstable with a green NAT. Must be torture on a red NAT.Originally Posted by SerArthur-Dayne Go to original post![]()
Hello! We're sorry to hear your strict NAT issue has persisted for this long. For security reasons, it's definitely not recommended that you put your PC's IP in the DMZ - this is something that is an option for console players. Since it's not having the desired effect, there's no harm in removing it from the DMZ.
If you haven't already seen it, please take a look at our PC connectivity FAQ. Try the workarounds listed there, and then open a ticket at https://support.ubi.com if the issue still isn't resolved. Our support team will look into this issue and hopefully get you back in game.
I've moved this to the Community Support subforum since this is a technical support issue. Thank you!
I've encountered some other's people with the same problem here in the forum, its not a connection issue from us, it must be something that came with this new patch, everyone says it happened just after this patch, and we never had this problem before, I hope it gets fixed soon, because I really wanna play the game
