Unable to participate in public test. NAT type: unknown.

Just to get this out of the way. I've participated in all early tests of For Honor. I have never had a problem with connection unless I've had something else running at the same time which has messed with my internet.
Today I booted up the public test for the first time and was not given the usual green NAT as in the main game. Instead I saw a white symbol of two connectors not touching. Going into the profile I see that the NAT type is referred to as "unknown". Somehow I'm not able to get a good enough connection to the servers to even get a NAT type.

To fix it I've checked my connection to the regular game (green, no problem there), verified game files and restarted the PT client several times. Still NAT type is unknown. I have no idea what to do next, has anyone encountered the same issue?

Second issue. This is a small one, but still a bothersome one.
I play for the viking faction, and have done so since the option first became available. In this public test I am not able to select the viking faction. It's not like it's greyed out or nothing happens when I click, the option is not even there. In order to have a chance of playing I therefore had to choose knight or samurai.

While I doubt it, this might be why I'm not given a NAT by the server, because it is getting conflicting information. Am I the only viking out there not able to select the home team?

EDIT: Also, PT is installed to C: drive. I know some of Ubi's betas are picky about that.

EDIT2: After verifying my files a second time, the second issue has been resolved. I am now able to select the viking faction in the PT. Still unable to get a proper NAT type even after several restarts..

EDIT3: Tried uninstalling the client and downloading it on a separate hard drive (the same that holds the main game). Tried shutting down my anti-virus program (Kaspersky IS). Still same NAT problem.

EDIT4: I also noticed that I get an "Achievement unlocked"-box in the upper left corner as soon as the game tries to connect with the servers. No name, no icon. Just an empty achievement unlicked-box.

EDIT5: Despite that the NAT type should make it pretty much impossible for me to participate in a match, I tried multiplayer just to rule it out. Not only did I connect to a tournament just fine, when I checked my connection during the matches it showed up as green. This appears to be a problem with the UI.
