    OK. I didn't use foul language but I can talk more constructively when I'm not annoyed. So HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED to me! I cud barely login to your game to even play but Plant Food was from KTM event I believe? Ther were 4 stages of event... you guys were still in process of fixin bug that prevented us from being able to login & play so you were doing a bunch of updates. Rt? Sometimes when ya did your updates I lost track pieces I had all ready earned. But I did notice that it didn't matter cuz when event went to stage 2 of event all the track pieces I missed were available for 10 gems a piece still even tho we had moved on to Stage 2 & workin for a new track. So at the end of the event when I still only needed 2 more pieces to get Plant Food I wasn't worried bout it cuz I just naturally assumed if I missed any pieces I'd still be able to buy em for 10 gems a piece. Make sense? So in my mind you should make that stuff available to EVERYONE not just me! The foul language you think I used is also used in title of TV show I watch so I don't consider it foul! It refers to a certain foul word tho for sure though. Make it rt 4 everyone is still my opinion.

    Totally done with your game. Not a lie! I'm still interested to see what you do bout it though? NOTHING is just kind of sad & pathetic though or would you like to accuse me of foul language again to make yourself look better? By all means talk. I'm all ears.     Jesus Christ dude, you specifically said "I'm not playing until I get plant food!" They offer to give you plant food. Then you say "I don't want it for myself!". Now you're basically acting like a spoiled child and making incredibly lame threats on an internet forum. And you wonder why they're not more eager to help? Maybe because every time they try you just start complaining at them that it's not good enough. Grow up. Take the track. Report problems you have and wait for a fix. I've had plenty of problems myself, but you know what? In every single case that problem has been resolved by reporting the issue and communicating with support. Not once has threatening to start swearing like a petulant fifteen year old on a forum (which, I should remind you, you can easily be BANNED from by breaking the end user agreement) yielded a fix for any issue. I've had missing track pieces returned, discovered and reported a bug that blocked me from getting Dark Machine (fixed within two days), had glitches with outfits and purchases fixed, and even been refunded a large amount of gems I had spent when the slot machine's prizes weren't working right. Both Ubi and RL WANT to fix these bugs, but there is a staggering variety of hardware and software platforms that the game has to run on. It's literally impossible for them to test every single possible combination before release, which is why it's so important for users to actually report bugs they find, rather than just jumping on the forums and whining about how terrible QA is. THEY WILL TRY TO FIX IT, BUT ONLY IF THEY KNOW ABOUT IT. The same goes for users who were affected by known bugs. You may think that because they knew about a bug you were affected by and then they fixed it, that will have resolved the issue for you, but if it's something that only affected the state of your save file, or was something that's impossible to run an automated check on, they don't really have a way to know you were affected unless you TELL THEM. Notice how in this thread you complained about an issue, and the VERY NEXT THING THAT HAPPENED was them offering to fix it, and wanting to know exactly how the issue occurred. That is EXACTLY how support is supposed to work!!

    And to the idiot posting some non-existent petition demanding everyone at RL who worked on TF be fired, or the game given to a different studio: I really have no words for how ill-conceived that idea is. I suppose if you don't want any updates, fixes, new tracks, or events for at least 6 months - which is about the amount of time it takes developers to get familiarized enough with with a new code base to be able to contribute to it - then that might not be a completely ludicrous idea, but that is never going to happen.
