I, like everybody else, was hoping that ranked would rejuvenate the game; but what [insert expletive here] is the point of adding ranked when YOU (the developers) have taken little to no steps to fix poorly designed heroes, broken heroes, and the defensive meta? Literally NOTHING will save this game while you disregard the primary reason why this game is failing. I get that considerable resources must be devoted to seriously rework content that has already been sold and that it is not cost effective. At this point though, it should be pretty obvious that all of these cheap efforts are yielding no reward.

Don't mistake this post as General Discussion. This is at the heart of ranked modes success. The point of PTS feedback is to, hopefully, deliver a better product before release. There is no other feedback about ranked mode that will make a difference if these issues are not addressed.
