So I met this one centurion abusing this: charged his heavy, screamed INCOGNITEM, but still guard broke, I think that after he says incognitem he should no longer be able to guard break, so we know that he is actually going to do the unblock able heavy, because right now it looks like a 50/50, and 50/50s should not exist.
But still, I want to hear your opinions on this.
