Error when joining a Duel | Forums

Hi,

I was just having nice issues with errors during the match start-up. When the first duel began, there was an error message shortly after the two team names were announced (gloriously) by the speaker, then the error kicked both of us back to the lobby, receiving 0 points. 2nd match worked, 3rd match the same problem as with the first one.

Therefore, the points in our group were as follows in the end:

1). 9 Points
2). 0 points
3). 0 points
4). 0 points

so I guess the same error happened to another duel as well. The problem was, that it was a huge waste of time. Somehow it randomly decides, which one of the players 2-4 gets into the play-offs, as I was somehow eliminated from the tournament. Moreover, as I had two errors, I had to wait to possibly get another match. With that said, this tournament took around 15-20 minutes, where i played ONE Duel, but couldn't leave as well due to a penalty...

What's the plan for solving this issue?

What kind of errors did you get? They may be listed in our known-issues thread.
If not, please report the errors with us here so we can look into them. This is a test and we need you to help us catch the bugs so we can get them fixed!

i have the same Problem, i could not play a single Duel in 5 of those Tournaments..
It is ike a Roulette with tons of waiting no reward.
One of 4 Players gets point's and the others will never even get into a fight.
