The current grind in For Honor is really unbearable and matches give you barely any rewards when it comes to steel and exp. In my opinion people that, for example, in dominion capture more points/get more kills should have their match reward increased.

For example 5 kills would increase your match reward by 5% or so and 5 takedowns would increase your reward by 3%
Capturing zones would increase the reward by 3% and defending them for a longer period of time from the enemies would increase the reward by 5%

Obviously the increase of the reward would be completly up to the devs.

Playing the game would actually finally feel rewarding and there would be much less complaining about the never ending grind.
