Fix that damn game. Move PVP server-side and make reporting easier for the average player. Being told to do the game dev's job for them in order to try and ban a cheater does nothing but force legit players out when 90% of the player base is cheating. People openly cheat without consequence and the energy speed hack has been a known issue for over half a year.

Cheating is increasingly worse. Honestly, I don't know why I bother. I reported a player that used 40+ energy in the first 14 seconds of a match (with screenshots) and never got anything, but an automated response that I'd hear something in 48 hours. P.S. That was sent over a week ago.

hi there,

a user by the name of TEZTACLIPOCA just used the infinite energy cheat on me. he has level 1 cards, is lvl 7 himself and yet trashed my lvl 10 character and lvl 2/3 cards. this kind of stuff ruins the experience for all players - please sort it out as i'm constantly getting chucked from matches with the poor connection hack and it's so irritating! stop it, please!

You post was dated how long ago and there isn't anything in the app that helps anyone remotely. I've see so many different issues with this and it's sickening. How exactly can someone drop over 14 energy in the first hand? How is it that when faced alone a lvl 3 Dogpoo gets beat by a lvl 1 or 2 Dogpoo? Or how about when your on the push it shows you knocked their cards out and then magically they are whacking your NK with the cards you just killed? You have issues to fix and nothing has been done to assist in helping out your player base.

Your lack of motivation to do anything is almost criminal, you say don't call out the cheaters and then say that you have zero tolerance.. do something about it for a change.

All the same here , i'm balance in 24-27 lvl , but It take me a lot of time with ******** cheater energy to win 3 matchs for the deck.And there is more and more cheater energy that i encounter yet.
Report a player is a good think when it is possible (no in game , must take picture or video...etc) but the better is that the game client/prog don't allow a cheat.6+ month that the energy hack and other is mentionned but nothing do from Ubisoft today.....An answer or something to stop the cheater from Ubisoft ?

Hey here is jOeBELIX from the kotstulle 2018 team... my last enemy was a cheater I forgot his whole name but the battle was at 3:34 and his name was "Adam ..." the last name I forgot but he blocks my Mephisto from him -.- and speed up his troops some time...

A suggested feature that would make reporting cheaters a bit easier would be....allowing players to select the other players character icon during pvp. This could allow players to view important and specific needed in game info to determine cheating. This added feature could also be a great tool to provide players the option or ability to ask Q’s to eachother and to invite or join teams

Wish I would've been warned about these issues a few days ago when I started playing, before I dropped that $20. Money I could've bought food with. You know, it's ******** these companies are allowed to do such shifty ,skeevy, low life , things and not be prosecuted. When Mario Bros came out, you bought the game. Everything was in the game. Not this give us hundreds of dollars **** for much less of a game. Fix Ur ****ing game.

I thought I was just managing my energy badly until I read all these posts. Yea this is definitely happening. Don't spend Ur money on this game until they fix it. They've been saying they were working on a fix since last June. Obviously they were just putting it off until the complaining players left. **** people like this.

Also I wish seeing as there are emojis, that there was one where you could say 'cheat' to your opponent to their face. At the moment I tend to quit the entire game whe n I believe that someone is cheating and I think this looses me a star each time which is really unfair.
