Nearly 6 months after this initial post, cheating still thrives in this game. From just last night I have a lost of 10 names to report, it took me an hour and a half to do my 3 PvP matches. Because of how difficult you guys have made it to report cheaters it is no wonder that they are going unreported. These cheaters are making it difficult of not impossible to partake in events. Every time there is a new event I can expect my rank to drop 5 places and when I do find a non cheater at rank 39-40 I utterly destroy them probably making them think that j am cheating when in fact I have been pushed down several ranks to where honest players can't compete. This is the biggest issue regarding this game. I had better not see any new cards or features in this game until this most important issue is resolved.

just to say goodbay to this game,as previous players stated it became more than frustrating playing this because of cheaters.im free playr atm rank 39-40.i gave this game a chance after several events cheating becoming worse and worse.i played today agains player who after strating to loose lost his controll and spammed pope timmy,medusa bebe,butters,clyde,2x fieball and i forgot what else in less then 10 sec,not to mention i have at least 20 screenshoots of me getting bad signal msg (with full signal either 3g/lte or wifi when im winning),also to mention miraclous enemy healing without regen casted,unit dying 3 times in a row keeping my player locked and so on and so on.im huge south park fan(just finished wathcing all seasons again)but you guys made this game even worse that episode freemium isnt free.this is game tha i fastes dropped in my life(usualy i stick to the game for at least 6 month).i hope this game will be finished soon and forgoten.little sugestion to your dev team if you realy wanna make this game to live add battle records and stats to every fight(energy produced/energy used)and little report cheater button next to it.
see ya guys in some other game that actualy have support

So.... this was posted 6 months ago... still no fix for hackers cheating client side using NOX on a pc to cheat.

whats going on is players are cheating client side to accelerate theyre own client to cheat.... all night i have had several people pop 6-8 cards all within 5 seconds. a few people have all popped al, then mimzy, then MBP in succession back to back.

you guys locked pve.... cause thats all server side, but cant figure out how to cease and lock PVP and have evewrything go through your client and servers vs being a 3rd party server host and allow clients to be standalones specially when it means the difference of leveling up and participating in the events and not. whcih is huge without the event we have **** all for card options till you grind pve.... which at one point is nearly impossible to do without PVP to gain more cards to continue through campaign

pretty sad ubisoft is well know for horrible support pertaining to cheaters.... but cant seem to change the model they base theyre business on to suit the players Vs trying to be EA and make the money...

you want players to spend cash. get rid of the hackers.... wait. i forgot. too stupid to build a proper game

Instead of demanding videos and screenshots as proof to ban cheaters, why not implement something that wont allow the cheating to happen in first place??

i play multiple android multiplayer games and this is the one that has so rampant cheating, TOP priority implement a way such that most of things happen on the server side.

I've reported a few cheaters, along with user names, and the only response I get is that I have to include video of the cheating in question. Then, since I don't record my games and can't provide video, you guys just assume that the problem went away. Just fix the reporting system. There's no way this is something that takes 6 months. It's pretty clear at this point that no one is lighting a fire under your asses to get this done.

so when is ubisoft going to do something about the level of cheating? or are they just happy to steal our money and don't care? or is this just the level of your dev team?

(Player name removed) is energy hacking a lvl 8 around rank 27 in arena just had a match and he continuously spawned cards

Just did a few games on a couple of accounts I have and energy hacking is running wild at low lvls (player name removed), and (player name removed) were just a couple I ran into. That is not to mention all of the ones around level 25 on the ladder took over an hour to win 3 games went from 26 down to 24 by the time I was done thanks to the hackers

a game that supports all cheating 100%.

Feels like asking for a fix for cheating is the wrong thing to ask after all this time.
Is it better to ask how to cheat? although googling that, is faster than waiting for a reply here.

the irony is that ubitrash stole everyone's money and doesn't give 2 s.... about them, they should be boycotted to have their license taken away, just like the scumbags at ea, maybe then they will care more about their customers... but then what would someone expect from a company like ubitrash
