yeah just encountered 15 hackers in a row all after the other, I give up on this game, too bad, a good ideea is destroyed by ubisoft as many others before have...

Am I missing something? This card in my deck only lets me play in my half of the screen. Yet my oppenants can cast it anywhere they like. Just had one cast it on a card behind me as far as I could be back and he used it. This a hack or when lvld yo can it be cast anywhere?

I am in pvp rank 30-33 and noticing a lot of players dropping a Manbearpig, a couple 3 drops, and a couple assassins back to back, as if energy is no issue to them at all. If this isn't cheating I don't know what is... my energy doesn't even return that fast to spam out units like this. I can never keep up with the production of my enemies and they are using higher cost units than I do. Something is wrong here. Is there an update on information as to what the issues are and if they are going to be fixing this problem any time soon? Is there a way to single out the cheaters any better? Is banning actual occurring? What is in the future for us actual legit gamers, who aren't breaking the rules? Or do we just get left in the dust?

It's really good to know just how seriously Ubisoft is taking the cheating issue. I mean how convenient is it that you have to follow a complicated path that leads completely out of the app in order to report a cheater? And then, once the report has finally been made, they won't do anything unless you have video footage of the actual cheating to show them.

That's what I got back from them after making a report. I'd show the screenshot instead of copy/pasting but apparently you can't do that on these forums?

Oh, and if you don't have any corroborating evidence or anything else to show them?

"We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within four days."

Good job Ubisoft! You definitely have credibility and aren't screwing over your legitimate players at all!

just had 5 people, one after the other, who even tho I defeated them, after they died, they killed me and they were victorious.. I can clearly see how serious you take cheaters... at least release in true ubisoft fashion a 10 euro dlc that fixes the game, c'mon....

Obviously this thread was made back in June. You really can't afford to fix a problem within 6 months that is a 2 hour code fix.

Pathetic, if you are a legit player, 1 star on google play and facebook. Our only option when we are paying to be robbed.

I like the story and basics of game, dropped 3 bucks to test out and support. Now I see you're forced to PVP to continue and pay to get through Kuppa Keep.

Almost every player I'm up against is using the unlimited energy cheat and the 'under-estimated' (its when someone's level is shown to be level one) cheat (I call them that) (player name removed)
Please make a system where cheaters will be caught and make it so that players who come across cheaters have a way of reporting them.

Hello all! If you provide us with a player name or screenshot, we will flag them for investigation. In the event that the player was cheating, they will be permanently banned from the game. Please submit any reports directly to a Ubisoft representative as opposed to posting player names in the forums. You can also use the in-game reporting feature to inform of us players you believe to be cheating.

We are actively working to improve our anti-cheat to stay ahead of potential cheaters, and we appreciate player reports and patience!

surely a 'report' button could be implemented - and you guys analyse the game stats to see if whats being played is possible or not??

rather than just ask for names/screenshots
screenshots can be faked.

Pocket Morty's is looking more promising every day. You guys have unfortunately made it downright impossible to find your reporting button for cheaters you made it difficult to remove cheaters and you made it difficult for us to report it, it's kind of sad. Thanks for dragging *** on this issue for 3 plus months. The user (player name removed) has an energy cheat and his levels hacked. Have a video as well if you want it.
