Hey, I ***** a lot but I gotta say that I appreciate the penalty NOT nailing me when I was almost certain it would. I was joining a game and everyone timed out or left as we were stuck in loading screen limbo. The game let me know I would have a penalty applied if I chose quit... I went ahead and shut down and restarted. No penalty assessed...just as it should be. Thanks.

I assumed the system made a conscious decision with the given data... if shutting down is a way to exploit the penalty system then oh well as I have no plans to look into it either way.
