No Network Connection Error | Forums

Hello,

I live in Canada and just downloaded the game from the App Store on iOS and after downloading the initial assets, the games comes up with an error code saying ''Connection error, No Network Connection'' I've tried turning wi-fi on and off, closing the app and even redownloading the app and this did not fix the problem.

Could someone please try to help me out?

iOS 11 beta was the problem. iOS 10 its fine

Same here, why in the f*** would it bug out for iOS 11?
So....I cant play the game at all, becausese I’m using a newer version of the OS? Lol

The reason this is an issue is because iOS 11 is so new we hadn't had time to test it for that OS when we released. Sorry about that! We're working on it, though!

I have android 7, Samsung S7, In canada. Just downloaded and started playing the game for like 2 days... love it. All the sudden now the game doesn't load. I close and clear all cache, it downloads all the assets again but then just says loading assets again after it loads config, on wifi on data. Same issue. No software update here, just randomly stopped working.

Hey, Konmanr. This was a server issue that affected multiple Ubisoft services. This should now be resolved.
