Everyone that left got a 10 minute penalty for something that wasn't even our fault. Because the Peer to peer servers failed to migrate.

it was stuck like that for like 10 minutes before i recorded it sorry for the complaint more a bug report i suppose.
Also sent in a crash report.

I was worried about that when the 10 min penalty was first instituted.

Adding a leaver penalty on a game with connection issues like this was an epic fail.
