    Just to add on here, if you didn't receive the items, but have created a support case they should be getting to it pretty soon. There may be a small delay due to a high amount of request, but we can check on the status of any cases if needed as well.

    Still no word or response from anyone @UbiNoty ..... one more time my support ticket is 04891236

    You've gotten others handled in a timely manner, why am I 16 hours into this ticket with NO response to either; the ticket, the live chat, or this forum.....

    Well, never mind I guess @UbiNoty . Apparently I don't qualify for the 2nd warriors box. I have played every day since release, and I reported both outages both in tickets and on this board..... but apparently i was not logged in during the hours. Considering the horrendous track record customer support has, I'll believe what I know I did and what you guys can not provide further information for.

    This is a complete joke. Even if I hadn't logged in, And I know I did. What's to say that I didn't want to play, read the boards, and instead went to do something productive. Did you guys NOT have the failure? Did you guys NOT have a time when people couldn't get rewards? So why then, am I not able to receive the compensation that you guys had said was going to be present?

    Apologies for the delayed response. Unfortunately I'm not available at all hours and while I tried to handle as many as I could in a timely manner, I did say I couldn't promise as fast a turnaround for everyone.

    Responses to tickets can often take days (or even longer) depending on traffic and a response from support within 24-hours is quite good.

    I'll apologize for not being able to get to you earlier as I was away and I'm sorry for the fact that you aren't eligible for the compensation but unfortunately there's not much I can do about that from my end.

    I opened a ticket as well. I'm not sure about the crates(don't think I received them, but I had some saved up, so not sure), but positively did not get champion status.

    I didn't get my 2 crates on Xbox one, this just adds to the 30 days I never received with my season pass. For over as month I was talking to support who treated me like an idiot

    case number for the 2 melee crates is 04891676

    I hope I at least get this

    Nothing here either. Tired of opening tickets. I'll just take the loss. It feels like we spend more time opening tickets than playing the game.
