I have played every day since release, and I reported both outages both in tickets and on this board..... but apparently i was not logged in during the hours. This is a complete joke. Even if I hadn't logged in, And I know I did. What's to say that I didn't want to play, read the boards, and instead went to do something productive. Did you guys NOT have the failure? Did you guys NOT have a time when people couldn't get rewards? So why then, am I not able to receive the compensation that you guys had said was going to be present?

Responses to tickets can often take days (or even longer) depending on traffic and a response from support within 24-hours is quite good.
I'll apologize for not being able to get to you earlier as I was away and I'm sorry for the fact that you aren't eligible for the compensation but unfortunately there's not much I can do about that from my end.

I opened a ticket as well. I'm not sure about the crates(don't think I received them, but I had some saved up, so not sure), but positively did not get champion status.
