Ignoring the mentally ill and racist individual who started this thread, I have to say that this game is actually far worse than the two games you mentioned, jordan. Call of Duty, while a very bad game, is still in far better shape than Siege. Conceptually, Siege wins out every time, but it ultimately comes down to execution, and this game does not provide that. COD looks better, plays better, doesn't have the game-brekaing bugs that plague this product, and perhaps most importantly of all, doesn't pretend to be something it's not. Everyone knows what COD is: a mindless game designed for literally anyone to be competitive at. Siege promised us a game changer, replete with teamwork, communication, and tactics. The product we have now is so far from that, it's scary. While I can't personally speak for Overwatch, [since I have not played it], from everything I heard, it does not have even close to the same amount of problems that Siege does.
No overwatch has broken ballence, no skill is required, and is a disgrace of a game. As for COD, it may not have as many bugs but it's still way inferior to Siege. The only saving grase for cod was it's zombies mode and only Trayarch does it right.Originally Posted by ZAGA Manalishi Go to original post
Also if you want to go in terms of bugs, siege is still 1000 times better than Biotic Commander.Originally Posted by ZAGA Manalishi Go to original post
Call of Duty is just the Fifa of shooters - rehashed every year with a couple of new features but overall it's a cash cow and not a serious shooter. I tried Overwatch once at a friend's place, doesn't even compare with others shooters as it feels so different but overall it was awful.
The only game that comes close to Siege is SWAT 4, and as nobody really plays that anymore, I'd say Siege is currently the king of shooters.
The OP is obviously just 9 year old who lost a match.
SIege isn't that well blanced either, and it's more like a no skill when it comes to shooting (a game that encourages spray and pray due to the instant headshot kill bs). And yea, the bugs and glitches are just ridiculus. Operation health just created more than before.Originally Posted by jeffjordan93 Go to original post
ROFLMAO, that's why it's the biggest e-sport game right? Oh wait.Originally Posted by He4DSh0t93 Go to original post
This. Siege has not required skill since roughly midway through Year One. The current game is all about three speed operators, jumping out of windows, ping abuse, horrid hit detection, and ACOGs. There is almost zero skill left, particularly, as you said, with all the spray and prayers.SIege isn't that well blanced either, and it's more like a no skill when it comes to shooting (a game that encourages spray and pray due to the instant headshot kill bs). Yeah, I got a good chuckle out of that too. As conceptually superior as Siege is to most other FPSs out there, it will never overtake a game like Call of Duty in terms of sale or appeal. Siege is king of shooters in your opinion, jordan, but that is far from the case in a much more general sense.ROFLMAO, that's why it's the biggest e-sport game right? Oh wait.
My bad, forgot that people actually take "e-sports" seriously... lol. Sorry guys Siege isn't a good game because there aren't enough people sweating over a hot computer to get themselves in to shape.
Really though, e-sports isn't a measure of what is and isn't a good game. I have CS:GO in my Steam library - I choose to play Siege because it's a far superior game. CS:GO however is apparently the top "e-sports" game.
It can't be that bad if you've gone to the effort of putting in dozens of hours, making a forum account and starting this discussion in the first place.
