The original play when the GPU is 74% to 86%, the process is very smooth almost no lag, but I do not know how suddenly changed to 99%

The CPU feeds the GPU and the GPU should normally run at near 100% if working well and not held back by the CPU.
If you up the load on the GPU like running ultra or 4k resolution the GPU will rev up to 100% to put out frames, while the CPU will put out less and the percentage may drop on the CPU.
If the CPU is running near 100% it will be holding back the GPU.
If you want the CPU to run more lower the graphics or resolution, the opposite for the GPU.

So... something changed. The game updated with a 7gb update and that would have changed your systems function. Also if you changed the video resolution or graphics settings that would change it.
