    reduce the turtle meta: console and pC have to take different ways

    turtle meta, or defensive meta, is a problem born thnks of this combat sys: but Console and Pc have different problem for what i say:
    -Pc: parry is the problem
    -Console: block is the problem because parry is hard to do.
    so my idea is simple for the solution.
    1) for console simply increase Chip dmg to 30% of the real dmg. If the enemy has no stamina is increase to 40%
    2) PC: parry to heavy give free light , just free light, not free GB or heavy;
    -parry a light just reduce the enemy stamina by 30% ,
    - when you are out of stamina you can't parry the heavy.

    what do you think?

    I agree that console and PC should have different balance.

    Tbh I think that parry needs to be changed ASAP. I became pretty salty towards turtling people, especially since I'm a player who likes attacking a lot. If I see turtle, I'm playing passively as hell and I don't like that.

    Its a possible solution, but they already said that this won't happen
    They don't want console and pc take different ways
