As we all know that the current reputation only benefits us in gaining better gears and more cosmetics. To get maximum gear maybe we only need to reach reputation 6 or 7 and after that, reputation more or less is meaningless. The significant information that reputation show is the time and exp we got in playing FH.
My ideas is give unique title for players besides this reputation. For example:
1.So far in FH you have average 1 revive in dominion, elimination, or skirmish, then when you reach reputation 5 you gain "War Medic" title. You can equip this title and other players can see it in loby before match start.
2.Total 200 kills with ranged weapon ==> "Archer" or "Sniper"
3.500 successfull GB ==> "Grappler", "Wrestler"
and I think its just logic to give players titles like this compared to "30 Reputation" = no meaning at all. Btw this is the definition of reputation by google trans: "the beliefs or opinions that are generally held about someone or something". So giving titles is more meaningfull than numbers.

agree.. there should be a better reward for Players who reached Rep 30.. atm there is no diffrence if you face someone who is Rep 30 or Rep 10+.
But im not sure if a "Title" will be the best way... maybe add new Cosmetics like an aura which surrounds the Player? (Im not talking about ingame effects like Hellfire and co.) or just add more Ornaments (maybe something new like Ornaments you can place on your Chest or Shoulders?!) and Players can unlock them by reaching Rep 10 / 20 / 30.
