How exactly are you supposed to beat a a Nobushi?
NOBUSHI has amazing range and won't even let someone come close to her,her bleed damage is re*arded A parry won't do jack **** because a GB won't connect since she is far away....please let me know how before I throw my controller outside

It depends on your hero. assassins can dodge attack her or deflect. or simply block, but that wont stop her from attacking again. so its best to parry her and punish.

LIke dragon7djc said - it very depends on class you use. General rule is - corner her and try to put pressure.

If you parry I think you can hit with a light attack. If you parry a Nobushi light attack you should be able to GB her (I might be wrong here).

In general they are difficult to handle, but here are some things that might work.

You can dodge the kick fairly easily. Soon as the animation starts that is your que to dodge.There you can get in some damage.
If you use a Warden, his zone attack is great for catching them of guard.
As Draghmar said force her into a corner and then be aggressive.

Remember they want you to come and attack them, so you may need to be patient at times.

Lastly relax when playing, and try to not over think your actions. Do your best to block attacks, minimise silly mistakes (GB out of reach for example) and keep things simple.
