Matchmaking is your No 1 issue fix it!

    Dear Developers,

I just had to play 2 Dominion matches in a row were I was matched with 4 other players.

Instead of mathcing it 2vs3 I was always matched 1vs4. The result was I fell behind 500 points because I was not even able to hold my home vp until 2 players joined. What made it worse is that the other players were able to kill a lot of bots in the meantime = they unlocked their skills.

As a result we got raped hard and lost the matches with below 300 points each.

Thanks to deserter penalty you are no longer able to leave such a rape.

Please fix your matchmaking and connection issues above all others.

You actually can leave if you play on xbox. Just hit the home button highlight for honor and select quit. It bypasses the penalty. Just takes about 90 secs to reload and there's no rape involved. I post on this a week ago i am not sure why so many people haven't seen it or heard about it yet.

You can leave on PC also but I see glitching out of a game as what it is = cheating.

Matchmaking is your No 1 issue fix it!

I 100% agree that Matchmaking is the #1 problem with this game.

Today, I single queued for three 4v4 Elimination matches, and I got the same 4 opposing players in each game. This was not a Ready check for the next game. This was an entirely new queue. My team changed every game. The enemy team did not change at all. The enemy team was not in a group. The game/map was different each time. My team's average rep level was around 1 with roughly 30-50 gear level. The enemy team was average rep level around 12 with 108-144 gear level. They said their hours played was around 400+ each. How does this happen? How hard is it to split them up and even the playing field?

As a player trying to learn the game, this makes matchups pretty depressing. More than that, as it stands, I interpret the matchmaking as Ubi giving preferential treatment to it's more regular players because they want to keep them in the game.

I have no earthly idea how matchups are made now, but my suggestion is the following for all game modes that allow gear stats:
    1. Pick hero first then queue, and base matchmaking on nearest level difference.
    2. Otherwise, base matchmaking on either average level of all that player's classes or level of player's single highest class

I don't care how you do matchmaking in 1v1 scenarios. If I recall from earlier patch notes, gear does not affect 1v1, so I'm fine to play someone with 1000+ more hours than me if the only differentiator is skill. I feel comfortable with this exception only for 1v1, becuase many people I play in duels are typically less toxic than 3v3/4v4 players, and it's easier to learn combat mechanics and counters in a 1v1 matchup.

Please fix matchmaking for 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4 game modes.

You guys don't seem to be aware of the specifics regarding the leave penalty, so I'll just let you know that you can actually leave without getting a penalty if you're the last real player on your team... So there was no need for you to stick around and lose those games OP.

I agree and disagree at the same time. alltho matchmaking is bad, I can manage it... whatever. but when I see someone dance the defensive meta wait for parry dance, I completely lose my mind. that's what actually ruins the game for me.

You've made how much money on this game and still can't afford dedicated servers?

Just lost connection from players and resynchronization for the last 20 matches of elimination, and cannot finish a match. fix this already. I personally blame P2P connection.
