Hi, currently in level 28 almost 29 by now. I have Armadillo, Tango, Bronco, Jackal and Mantis.

And the question is when can i do Step into the light? Someone told me it will unlock after the third bike.
How can i unlock it? Is it a bug some sort?

Is that the time machine missions linked to Fusion? I forget.

If so, I think they got rid of that a while ago

If you're refering to A.N.B.A, it's still there.
Would be damn sad if they removed the required tracks..
