Hello UBI,

I thought I feel better after writing down the facts frustrating me today..... again......

1. Session ist running, lagging as hell - means, player inputs reach the server too late
2. after the match ended, YOUR SERVERS do not respond in expected time........ yeah, we had that before and we still have it. The result of this: no rewards, although the screen says they have been added to my inventory. The truth is - nothing has been added after 5 rounds - not a single object.
3. Orders - they are not working today..... this used to happen in former days, for me it was okay until today

So, I guess ubi will react like this: "we are very sorry...... blabla.... because of that, we grant ...... blabla...... Champion Status..... blabla...... " - correct?

Hell - guys! Get your game working, by getting your Servers running. Fix that P2P Errors - do whatever someone has to do, to get his Job done!
If I would work like that and deliver a product like that my company would ask me to look for another Job - I could stay home after a few days!

What the hell is going on there?? I am a person who can be talked to - but at a certain point I get angry about that ignorance. There is no information about the actual state of the games errors.

And do me a favour: don't tell me about forum rules! YOUR behaviour as a Company is inacceptable - the customers paid money for that game - we want a working product!

We need more than a champion status after this.
On Saturday same case for at least 6 hours.
Who knows how much longer today.
Champion status is not an apology.
We need a fix, something in place to make sure this doesn't happen again.
We need to be able to keep our XP from DC matches.
We need compensation.

You guys suck at making a game and for making me pay for a horrible gameI can't even play, you guys are the worst ****ing videogames developer known to. Everyone hates your rash *** servers and it's making them hate the game. I can't even level up because I lag out before the game can finish thanks to your piece of **** as servers. Way to go half *** and develope a pathetic game. Worst game delevopers ever

Got same problem today, at first can play all modes but without reward, 5 hours later I try again and what happen is, only Duel can be played with reward, other mode only searching for match. I still didnt get my previous reward.

Playing all this morning I was able to get my awards, on Dominion, brawl and duel.

Can't find any Elimination or skirmish matches though.

Just gonna say that this problem is still here.
Just play a dominion after a week break - no steel, no exp, no contracts, just resources.
Duh. Maybe I should take another one-week break, and hope for the fix...
