yesterday, there was an event going and also a daily order that required you to play on 4v4 elimination, and it was literaly impossible to play it
I spent more than an hour, and couldnt find a single match, and it was suposedly "high activity" at the time

seriously guys, we need better servers and a better netcode... connecting to matches is awlfull right now... and even more so, that you cant actualy do ANYTHING in the game while you are searching, you cant even customize your heroes

right now I have 76h of total playtime, out of this 76 only 34h are in pvp playtime most and a couple of hours on the campaign (no more than 8).. e havent wasted all the rest of the time customizing heroes, wich leaves A LOT of time just searching for matches... almos as much time as i actualy spent playing... this is absurd guys, its no wonder so many people stopped playing the game, waiting just isnt fun

honestly, I havent seen you guys give any feedback to us that this is going to be fixed, and its WAY more important than adding a ranked mode... if you dont want the game to die, please, PLEASE fix this
