In LD novel the very first one Eliza met Varius and Varius discovers she has Eagle Vision from her mother. Varius wants to run over roofs with her and tells her it's in her blood and Grace felt it herself to but that mostly had to do with the Animus most likely.
But how does climbing and parkour to do with blood? I don't get it where was it ever mentioned in the games or were it just words to encourage her? I feel kinda confused because I have never heard of that and it get's never mentioned again

Climbing/parkour knowledge probably came through animus hell even Galina got her skills through the Animus so the same could be applied here.

It's true that characters get skills through the Animus.

However, Eliza and Darius are historical characters which means that the Animus wasn't around to give them the Bleeding Effect.
