The Dark Zone is no longer a place to play, If you want to progress your score and discover new weapons forget it. It is now just a haven for Rouges, since the drop of 1.6.1 there seems to be more Rouges than ever.
I am a solo player (don't have friends that play this game) and all i wish to do is progress my Score and Dark Zone Score but all I end up doing is avoiding rouges or when I am in a fight they come up behind you and wipe you out. I find this rather frustrating.

Try dz 7-9 it's alot safer to farm up there.

Would you try matchmaking ? I do it all the time none of my friends even have the game , you can make some good friends on there .

Nah haven't tried that, have joined a team occasionally. Might try that, can't be any worse than running around in the DZ avoiding rouges or just repeating missions in the open world because you don't want to lose score from being killed all the time by rouges.

You don't lose anything now when killed by rogues, accept the loot your carrying. So if you do get killed don't worry about it.

Since patch 1.6 you do not lose any credits, XP, or keys when dying in the Dark Zone, as long as you are not rogue when you die.

The only thing you drop is some public items from your DZ bag, but losing a few bits of loot is really not a big deal when you can easily farm the LZ bosses, missions, etc.

So if you're staying "innocent" in the DZ then you should not lose any progress when you die.

I play solo all the time and don't have any major problems.

You mean people engage in PVP in the PVP area of the game? How dare they!!! They should absolutely be banned for hurting your feelings.

Try Underground, Survival, massive open world of LZ, multiple incursions, multiple missions, multiple HVTs. If that isn't enough "rogue free" play for you then maybe this isn't the game for you.

BTW....DZ "score" is 100% pointless and nothing more than a look at me feel good bragging point used by chumps with an ego complex.
