Or u can turn game off with task manager... LoL the developers are completaly ******ed... They code that when you press accept, only punish you by leaveving, not by actually quitting by other means...

I cant see this as anything else than a complete incompetence of theyr interns they are calling developers...

I've noticed a definite decrease in rage quitters. It used to happen almost every duel and now it's only occasional. There's still ways around it for the worst offenders (died in first 30 seconds and rage, other methods of closing the game etc) but the devs have stated multiple times that different versions of the ragequit penalty system are in the works.

Though as a side note, I haven't been having too many game crashes off of leaving, but more out of people joining now.

Like Eyaside. I've noticed a drop in droppers. Now people stay in a match to the end no matter how bad it gets.

Yes it changed everything. The connections are way more stable and match making is spot on now.
    Players are elated.

Its changed nothing on my side, people still rage quit nearly just as much, and the only difference I've noticed is that I'm getting more d/c's than I'm playing....still love the game but only getting to play 50% of the game I get into is pretty frustrating.

You may not have felt the effect right away, but as more players begin to feel the consequences of the penalty if they rage-quit, we should definitely see more and more decreases in rage-quitting incidents.
But on the other hand, if we see that the 10-minute penalty isn't having the intended effect and players begin to take it too lightly, we're more than open to making it more strict or implementing other penalty options.

yes there are different other ways, but some need to be excluded here. e.g. quit over the task manager. I have to do it so often lately because my screen freezes every 2-3 match. Should I get a penality for this? And at the moment I don't see a good way for the penality as long as the game is not that stable as it should.

You shouldn't be penalized for the screen freeze issue and that's on us to get this fixed as soon as we can. We've definitely made this problem known and the team is actively working to resolve it. I'm very sorry the screen freeze bug is having such ugly unintended consequences and hopefully it won't be a problem for much longer.
