You won't.

When it's fixed things will work as normal again, but on days when Rewards / Order progress is affected by serious server issues, the Rewards never show up. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole server goes down soon and you can't connect or find any games.

The only time I have seen or heard of Rewards showing up later is with the minor version of this issue when there is just a slightly delay of about 30 seconds, with the 'Rewards are taking longer than usual' message.

No rewards for at least 11 hours for me on Xbone. Region locked in Australia though. Don't know if it's just an Auzzie thing.
