They all have pale blue eyes.

Lou Reed/Velvet Underground -- but that seems way too easy.

What do pale blue eyes have to do with The Velvet Underground/Lou Reed?

EDIT: Nevermind, I've just seen the song, still not sure how the comic characters fit into this

Not sure if it helps anything, but they are all involved with Disney.

So don't know if this is important or helps anyone out. but the Tarzan comics have been published by Marvel and Hal Foster worked on said Tarzan comics before he went on to start Prince Valiant.

While drawing the Tarzan comic strip, Foster wanted to do his own original newspaper feature, and he began work on a strip he called Derek, Son of Thane, later changing the title to Prince Arn. King Features manager Joseph Connelly eventually renamed it Prince Valiant.
