    Hey there!

I really think it has a lot more potential than even the Ghost Recon, Watch Dogs, or Division series....
It's not the same kind of games so we can't compare them. But I agree this game will be awesome . Now let's wait and see.

    Have a nice day,

    Nice ideas!!!

Oh man i like your idea so much, i myself posted some ideas but this is enormous!!! I completely agree on all of this. Sadly Im, like, 95% sure they wont implement anything.

Would be cool if they did this, every half a year and every year, they will bring back people to play this games and thus increasing the percentage of people who will play.
I hope they really do something like what you said.

Its funny because all of the points OP made SHOULD already be in the base game. This is just encouragement to cut out parts of a game to later sell as DLC. If anything is done to help continue the support of the game should be ships and cost in-game currency to buy new ships that get added. That's that, but hope ubisoft don't screw the pooch here which sadly looks like they might if its just no interaction on ships or fight as a pirate against other ships crew. The last part is more of my two cents in what would make this game awesome but guess we will have to wait and see where they plan on taking this.

@Chr1sTC I agree let's believe devs are some good guys quite skilled and that most of it will be available at day one of the release or even let's hope for it in alpha/beta

Seeing how Ubisoft has been doing the new character DLCs lately, any ships added will already likely cost inigame currency.

I'm more focused on the stuff they said they won't be adding and that I think is WORTH paying again for due to the quantity of content it would add (ie: Land legs adds almost a whole new game)

I like those ideas and i would definitely like to be a truly open world with, of course, emphasis on being a pirate, go out to explore the sea and all that comes with it.
That said i really would like to be able to have your own character, the one you can use to go anywhere just like you could do in AC:Black Flag. The first post on the thread has some really good points on what you could do with it on ship but also on the land/islands.

One thing i would like to add is also some kind of a special emphasis on treasure and by that i mean where you hide your own tresure (you are pirate after all) BUT also hunt for other people hidden tresures (old, legendary or new) which is one of the main thing that comes to mind when someone things of pirate!

I really would love if there are bunch of island you can explore where there are (old or newer) shipwracks you can check for loot and other goodies that can be used to repair your own ship if needed.

This game really seems to have a lot potential in my opinion and by no means all suggested should be done immediatelly. The only thing i ask for is not to abandon it and just leave it as it is eventually. Just keep develop more and more immersive world of pirates that will include ALL aspects and you to be part of it, not just sit and watch. For example, to have cinematic of boarding instead of actuall combat like you could in BlackFlag but on whole new level and with as much as possible unexpected things to happen on each boarding!

Naval Action is still in testing/early access so I don't really think that counts,
