Bandito Rally is a ripoff again

    What a joke:
I had between 10-15 opportunities to get a track part on the loot wheel. Although I even paid gems for respins a few times (cuz I'm stupid), I did not get ONE SINGLE part.

Please take a look at my petition, guys, and support it. This has got to end..

    Thank you

    What petition ?

Also, just keep riding the tracks over and over again (its free, well just your fuel) and pretty much every other time you get the chance to win a track piece.

I was the same, had the track piece on loot wheel about 20 times, didn't land on it a single time haha.

    I don't think it's rigged, just unlucky ^^

Ive got this track now. Only cost me about 20 gems as i could wait to get the last piece free.

Can easily be done without buying respins.

It cannot easily be done without respins. I played like a mofo for the last days, am under the best 2%, and am still missing three parts.

And here is the bad joke:
If you don't grind like crazy (and/or spend gems) to make sure you get those parts, the tracks are just left incomplete for ages.
I asked for missing track parts for Plant Food once and got this response:

This is not a bug, guys. We’ll let you know once we release the tracks on sale. We appreciate your patience until then

Well, thank you very much, RedLynx. I'm still waiting for them.

    For the petition, see below.

    Dear Ubisoft,

On behalf of myself and my fellow players (Riders, please support this petition!) I feel constrained to start the following petition:

Due to catastrophic mismanagement and almost non-existent quality assurance regarding the game Trials Frontier over at least the last six months, we ask you to put this wonderful game back into developers' hands that care.

There are two possible ways of action:

    1. Fire all persons in charge at RedLynx studio and reoccupy those positions with competent people.

    2. Give the whole game to another competent studio that does care.

A lot of us players have spent money on this - in its original core - wonderful and motivating game.
What has been done (and also not been done, though urgently necessary) over the last months to this game and thus to us paying customers, is beyond acceptance.
As proof take a thorough look at the general discussion threads of this forum.

If you, Ubisoft, as one of if not the biggest game publisher of the world, are interested in maintaining your credibility, please give this petition your full attention and react sensibly.

    Thank you

    Your faithful but exhausted players

Do not lump me or anyone else in with your petition. Speak for yourself, please.
Yes it's frustrating but you shouldn't say 'players'.

Hey metjammer – we’re aware that the game has had some problems in the past few months, and we’ve been doing our best to fix all those problems when possible.

Looking at your first complaint regarding the Track Pieces, I checked the server data that confirms that you already possess the Track "Swamp Breath" . Please look in the Ferry on the World Map, confirm, and let me know.

Your petition, however, is very rude and directly disregards all the other work we’ve put in the game. It doesn’t help us at all, and certainly doesn’t help anyone else enjoying the game as well. If you share a specific issue, we’re all ears. We make sure we address most of your concerns and we’ll continue to do so, but this petition seems grossly misplaced and disrespectful.

I’d request you to refrain from posting this on other threads please.

    Hey CaptainWeelie,

I finally got Swamp Breath after posting about it and trying a zillion times for the parts plus spending about 50 (!) gems on retries.

Could you please explain what exactly was being rude and disrespectful?
While I state facts and request honest solutions, you keep following your policy of ignoring all of that. Did you say anything about the missing parts and tracks? Or about the persistent bugs?

    No, you did not.

I "shared A LOT of specific issues" and you were not "all ears". Instead, the game keeps wanting our gems (thus our real money) but doesn't deliver on par.

You have a lot of grit to request me stopping my criticism after all the money I've paid you and still not being able to compete with other players just because you don't release content in a fair manner.

I wonder what gives you the right to even try to censor me? I never wrote anything insulting. The lack of competence on your part is a fact I unfortunately have to deal with as a paying customer.

At the end of the day, we're talking about a game. And I am aware of that.
But as soon as real money becomes part of it, you guys have to deliver.

And if you don't, at least take the well earned criticism.

So please stop requesting anything of me, and make this game enjoyable again.

    Thank you

@**metjammer - We get how you feel but spamming lots of threads with the same post isn't the best way to go about things, just one thread is clearly the best thing to do.
