    wow i feel i got punished for ubisoft not wanting to buy dedicated servers...

    at the start of a game then: player synchronisation... player synchronisation... bam all of a sudden 1 vs 4. so i leave the game without a second thought. lol didnt even realise a penalty warning. only realised the penalty back in the main menu.

    feels ****ty espeacaly since i rarely quit out of matches since i dont want to miss on steel.

    I honestly belieive this system is great. but the penalty time is not enough to discourage someone from quiting. i for one have just quited a game. and not for rage reasons. simply because i didnt like the way the other team was playing.if we gonna talk about eithics and respecting other players time and not quit so the game wont crash. Then what aout the very reason why most people just gank and chees moves and exploites ?? i cant ll if the emy team will do those things in the first 30 sec.
    i for one will continue to quite everytime that happens. i am happy with quit penalty system that has been implemented. I think its great. But that simply wont stop peole from quiting. just before my last game. 5 players have disconnected, So i assume you get my point. i wont suggest a solution, Am only giving my feedback.


    I'm only giving my feedback to you - this penalty is bullsit in unbalance game with ustable servers and without new players who read that Ubisoft make only worse.

    With the early quit penalty, I do not recommended this usless system, Better way is : one match -75 EXP instead. So Ubisoft (Do not do this agian).

    Yeah, they were asked about dedicated servers several times and it appears their decision and defense not to get dedicated servers were because even with them, dedicated servers could get overloaded. That being said, I can understand some initial problems that may have happened if they continually maintained the level of players they did at launch or in the beta but to be honest, they did not want to spend the money on the servers and upkeep rather than just having us bounce off of one another. Obviously, for many of us it is a terrible idea. So rather than implementing servers once the mass of players decreased(which happened really quickly mind you), they stuck with their original design and tried to fix it at the expense of player experience and enjoyment. There are those of you who will read this and say well let’s see you do better, you have no right to *****, it’s tough to make games. I say to them, go fu ck yourself. I guess it’s much more difficult being honest with a community from the beginning rather than try to milk them dry every opportunity they get and every penny of their worth. Micro-transactions, 15,000 steal for a characters who are unbalanced and only hurt the enjoyment and chance for this game to be stable for the long-term. Guys, they already have all our money, I feel that they do not give a ****. Now their selling steel for a “discount”. Step right up step right up get your steel here, marked down by 30%. So in other words, we just want less of your money. Come on guys were cutting you a deal here rather than taking 10$ we are only going to take 7$. Ahahaahaahah, I am laughing typing this. Sorry. Here’s a quote from the devs from an article I read earlier today. I will link the website below. They say “the way we designed our peer-to-peer online architecture will allow us to provide a smooth and reliable online experience to all players when the game launches," Looking back at this now seems almost sad more so than funny. Keep in mind this was before the beta was released.

    I still play this game sometimes but I have found sure fire way to avoid these shenanigans, play something else. I have been playing Tekken 7 and it's awesome. If anyone wants a good match up, hit me up. Gamertag is ShadowStepped.

    Seems like it is extra laggy today, even thoug my Nat is still green.
    So i have left a couple of games( wich i normally never do) by closing the game down, and thereby avoiding the penalty

    Penalty for no reason

    So I just finished a game with tons of connection errors and bugs. After I finished the game, I sent out my troops and was done, so I left and entered the home screen. Only to realize that me and my friend (who was in my group) both got a 10 minute penalty for absolutely no good reason. So it's possible to get a penalty from NOT force quitting the game in any way? Really annoying how you can punish the wrong players with this, I thought it was only from alt-f4 and shutting the game down manually.

    So what are you supposed to do when you get penalties that are clearly a mistake? and how are you going to fix this for those who are experiencing this?...

    OMG you wanna feedback, but you clean answer...omg Ubisoft...srsly? It's Internet idots, no problems to restore:

    This game dead now. You f@cking stupid @sshole in Ubisoft. You did't made normal balancer, and now you madу a penalty for leaving game? When noob without armor plays with 144 armor lvl 20 player - you think it's normal? And now this player has no opportunity to change a party. You are stupid b@stards! And now I understand why I have to wait in quque more than 5-7 mins. BECAUSE THIS GAME IS TOTALLY DEAD!!! You lost 95% of players and make only worse! I have no words to tell you all my anger!! I wanna spit in face to who made it!!! It was last the final nail in the coffin of my patience!!! So I think you proud - you lost one more loyal player!

    Warning & ...Server Complaints still?

    I just rage quit a match. Only done so a few times, but I did not receive a warning (PS4.)
    Also, about the servers--I don't know ANYTHING about servers or networking, etc., so I may just be talking out of my ***. However, I've played a lot of video games. In my experience, having dedicated servers is not guaranteed to prevent disconnects. (Granted, disconnects are a very serious problem in this game.) It does often guarantee, however, host advantage. In FPSs, this isn't always a huge deal, but in a game like this, milliseconds count.
    So, (again, keep in mind idk what I'm talkin' 'bout) it seeeeeems to me at least that the P2P might be helping to prevent host advantage (even though when I join a lobby, it's labeled as "Soandso's Lobby,") as I've only experienced what felt like host advantage extremely rarely in this game.
    Okay, done. Commence hating.
