    The REAL question...

Now that guardspeeds are being standardized, will Raider mains finally admit that their character might be overpowered?

How is the trade-off going to look like, if you normalize the guard speed change.

It is a massive buff for lawbringer, centurion, etc. and the mentioned heroes really don't need a buff.

I don't view it as a buff. I view it as a bug fix.

Guardspeeds should have been standardized from the beginning. The range, speed, damage etc etc should all be different, but everyone deserves the right to be to defend themselves.

Its not a bug fix, because it was not a bug - a bug is an unwanted programming error.

The different guard speeds however, were a design choice, that influenced the heroes balancing in other departments. Example - the lawbringer would have outstanding damage, survivability (armor & block speed), cc and a high health pool. In addition, his shove after block ability would he seriously buffed, adding even more cc potential.

Again. Where is the trade off?

It is a short sighted buff, that takes away a unique characteristic and buffs heroes, that don't need one.
