I have problems with the matchmaking and i need to know if there is anything i can do about it except "git gud".

I right now have a 23,8% win rate in brawl and a 0,3 k/d ratio
the same is happening in duels where i have a 30,2% win rate and a 0,5 k/d ratio.

I have NAT type: Open.

Is there anything i can do to improve the quality of the matchmaking so that i dont just get **** on?

Note: i notice that i often get matches with a lot of my own nationality, Denmark.
It should also be noted that i often get matched with people with way higher rep than me, eg. me being rep 1 with my highest rep getting matches against a rep 20.

How fast is it? It relaxes the skill criterion pretty quickly so if it takes a while it may be unbalanced. In that case all you can do is ask Ubi to slow it down to favor quality over time, or try to play when more people are online.

There aren't nearly enough players to find people similar to your skill level without making the queue times exorbitant. So you end up queueing into players of all skill level and if you're not that great at the game you will end up losing most of the time. So yeah the only answer right now is to git gud.
