Matchmaking Failure Still a Problem | Forums

I recently picked up the game; however, I have yet to be able to play any PvP match up. I am still getting: Matchmaking Failed. Returning to Main Menu. (0002001512), when I try to join any game that isn't a 4v4 vs AI match.

I have forwarded all the ports associated with the game, and pretty much turned off my anti-virus. The NAT is open and green.

Not sure what else I can do at this point. I guess I'll just spar with the bots for now.

their nro 1 priority is connection and yet there hasnt been a connection patch since 1.05

the matchmaking and connection stability in this game are god awful, that being said i love the game and can't stop playing...

If you re trying 4v4s with bots it can't probably find more players.

The 1512 error code means the match maker timed out. This happens when searching for the maximum time (6 minutes iirc) and not enough players are found to create a match.

You say you have green NAT (meaning you aren't restricted on who you can join) so the only cause really is that there aren't enough players in your region. What platform are you on, what country are you from, and was it prime time?

Please reach out to support for help with this. We'll look into it and see if there's something wrong with the regional matchmaking and work to fix it if need be.
