    Ubisoft owes me 12k xp

I decided to do some maths today.
I played a total of 25 Dominion games.
    I disconnected from 20.
    If there's an average of 600 xp per game, 20 x 6 = 12,000.

I hate to do this but it's beyond a joke. My internet is not the issue here. How can I play one game just fine, next match is the exact same 8 people, but all of us disconnect? How many times do I have to be about to finish a fight only for the lobby to crash?
I've been at Rep 14 level 19 for the past 2 hours because of the amount of disconnections. My download speed is over 100mbs, everything is as it should be.
Why do I disconnect from games, then get chucked right back into the same lobby and can play them out fine with the exact same people?
Please, for the sake of your game we all want to succeed so badly, after 1.09 do not make any further changes to anything. Divert all your money and resources into fixing the connection.

So many people have been calling for it, please allow us to keep xp from disconnected games. It takes so long to level up as it is, and this would go a long way. There's no reason to not have this in the game already, surely it's not that hard to implement.

Again, I hate to be this person and I know you guys are working incredibly hard to make this work, but 4 months into the game and we are still struggling with this. I'm reaching my limit I'm sad to say, I'm not sure how much longer I can deal with this.

1.10 Title update should only be about stability, and all updates to come should only be about stability. Balancing can wait.

Look. There is nothing wrong with being frustrated about not finishing games. It happens, and sometimes during really good games where you know you'll get a ton of xp. It sucks to DC. But this kind of practice would not benefit you or players like you first and foremost.
It would reward ragequitters who abandon their team, and AFK-farmers who are booted due to inactivity. No game wants to reward such behaviour. People who cannot finish matches are the unfortunate downside and they have put down some serious work to fix the connectivity issues. They are also still working to make it better.
The best thing you can do is to keep playing and provide the devs with more and more data for their fixes, and to keep reminding them that the issue still persists.

    I understand his pain though.
Whilst I do think rage quitters shouldn't be rewarded, I would like to think that most people would move on and forget about them. At the end of the day who cares if they also get some exp.
there have been many games where we have got to the breaking part of the match and the last guy is killed and then you get disconnected and then there are the times it is halfway through the match.
I'm sure majority of players would rather not waste their time and get the exp and not being stopped from this all because of some salty individuals.
Overall, it is a hard topic. You don't want to reward the quitters but you don't want to waste your time. The best bet is that Ubi will continue with their efforts to improve the connectivity so people won't be disconnected so easily and then players will get their exp post-match 😊

I agree. You should get rewards based on what you achieved mid game. Perhaps even an apology bonus of exp or steel for being disconnected. Nothing too big, just 100 exp and maybe 20 steel? Maybe make it dependent on game mode too, since you earn a lot more in dominion than you do in duels. I also agree that rage quitters shouldn't get any of their rewards. They already have a penalty imposed so it's clear the servers can distinguish between a disconnect and a quit.

Well, all this Champions status for free are probably given as an apology for all this BS!

Not really, because when you try to use it you get disconnected and don't earn anything anyway. :P
Plus, champion status is just a half-assed attempt at making the season pass worthwhile and apologising to players for failing to make the game stable. The worst part is that it ticks away even if you're not there. Right after the game's release I ended up going on holiday for about 2-3 weeks. Pretty much all my champion status was gone by the time I got back which means I didn't get the benefit of the season pass that I'd purchased. Honestly, champion status is just a crap excuse for failure on the dev's part.
