Nobushi is pretty underused, and can pull of some amazing plays now that HS has been fixed up.

I'd ignore who is the least-played, or most-played stats - and instead just play what suits you.
Play what you like, what suits your playstyle, which hero appeals to you, what hero you think looks the most badass - whatever the reason, pick based on your own feelings.

For example, I fell in love with Nobushi at first sight because being able to poke at people from far-away with a long stick is right up my alley. Plus she bae.
