Roman had already adressed the Centurion earlier in the stream. Eric brought it up again because people had been yelling at Roman in the chat, because they were unhappy with his earlier answer. Basically Eric interrupted Roman with something he had already answered. To me, he wasn't happy to have to answer it again, the best he offered was 'maybe we might consider changing it in the future'

I'm guessing that means there were only ever two speeds? "Normal" at 100ms and whoever was slower were all the same as well? Whatever that speed was? Irrelevant now, i guess, since everyone's at 100

Centurion is his favourite hero after all.

That's why he's not getting nerfed, except for some minor changes in 4v4.
