Saved server side and still no rabbit hell | Forums

Man, when you guys fail it's to epic proportions. I got prompted to save server or local on the iPad before the game ever logged in to show me the news that I am supposed to save server side. Since I had not opened on any other device I saved local. I mean the game is so janky now, who wouldn't. So I open the game on the iPhone and save from server when prompted and still no rabbit hell. In fact the end of event screen appears and shows me how many eggs I collected and still nothing. So I open the game on the iPad and save from server when prompted and again nothing. I've done this several times and nothing......well except the game hanging over and over and over which is the new 'norm'. I go to settings and try to create a ticket but that also just hangs over and over. Wow, I didn't think you guys could top yourselves and yet further down the 'rabbit hole' (pun intended....I think) we are. Any suggestions?

Same here. Also apparently lost 50 gems in the process as well (that's my fault, should've done the math first of what I did and didn't purchase).

I have the same issue. I saved the device which was "recommended" and only then could I view the notice that said to choose the server save.
Total fail! It's like we were given a 50-50 chance to get the track." Would you like to play a game?"
Did they not realize that we couldn't read the mail notice in the game until after we chose which saved game to load with?

Yeah same here - I always picked device (it being the most recent) when that choice appears and only after that being able to see news items

If I remember rightly, we where getting 5000 coins, 50 gems and the Rabbit Hell track.

Although I only got 30 gems. I still got the track.

well I hate to complain about the same thing over and over again on different threads, but I just can't help it.

There's nothing after I re-install the game and choose to sync. the progress from the server.

@CaptainWeeline, I've already done that twice - chose the server side, but didn't get any reward. So apparently something does not work properly on RL's side. I collected exactly 360 eggs, and that was definitely top 5% from the stats by the end of hunting season.
