    I think you're misunderstanding.

Johan doesn't want you to 'change' your PC direct x.
When you start the game, check whether its running on direct x 12 or 11 in the game settings.
If its running in direct x 12, change it to direct x 11 and see if that solves your problem.
When you change the dirext x setting you will have to restart the game.

Open Geforce experience , go to the game The Division ...after go to setting game (dont start the game now) . Select recommanded setting or bellow your resolution in full screen mode in the selection to get personnal setting . Resolution recommanded at geforce experience before launch the game .

Use geforce experience one time to start the game after step up !

Go parameter in game , and change it at the full resolution you need . The game will stop to crash at full screen and will working good at full screen . Thank , the issue are done .

directx ...Come on is a new game and a pc cost 2500 $$$ . Change diectx to 11 ...see if i have .....12 ... that is not my solution .

Wathever i found already the good solution .. Now i'm done . I wish you understand me , for the next custumer with taht problem ..to will be able to have the good solution in a short step !
