I remember when he first came out I use to do it every time. Now its way harder to do some times a regular heavy comes out or some time nothing at all

They took away the heavy after kick. They nerfed the crap out of Cent and he is still powerful but not nearly as good as people complain about and I play on console with the awful Lag Ubisoft is too stupid or too lazy to care about. Also don't worry Shinobi is still very overpowered and still no real idea on how to fix him since people complain he is too weak. You know with a 50/50 heavy all but guarantee.

Ya they did, like a day or two before they released the heroes to the public I think.

the heavy after a kick was only on console, on PC it was never released like that, so consoles got a patch rather fast fixing the guaranteed heavy after kick.
