I received the message right after i earned the bunker prizes, therefore i have chosen my device instead of an 7h old Server save.
So i won 9 doughnuts and a few paintjobs from bunker, but have not received the track, 50 gems and coins.
Any way to fix that Ubisoft?
I haven't received an answer from them on an other service call since 2 weeks, so i guess it is hopeless...

I just received mine, but was worried. I've gotten the "Server Sync" four times in the last week and thought I had missed it when I didn't choose one of those.

Rabbit Hell is there, as well, and it is a hellacious track For those looking, check first across the ferry in the bottom left hand corner.

I received my awards by choosing the server save as well. But what they need to do is allow riders to view the message first. When my message popped up this morning, I quickly visited the forums to see if any info had been posted about this. However, a LOT of riders don't frequent this forum so they are at a disadvantage...

There needs to be a way to view the message inside the game first BEFORE choosing between device/server save, but that would make too much sense...

exactly what went wrong for me.

after work today i just wanted to play some trials, and since i get the option for the server or device save a lot, it didn't trigger me to think of the rabbit hell track and chose the device. ofcourse seconds later i noticed the ingame news and, well you can imagine the reaction......lol

hope it will get resolved for me after all.....

I did the same as many others, didn't choose server download and of course didn't get the track. Choosing the server looked wrong, with some extra gems I know I didn't have and I didn't read this post of course. It didn't hit me that this would get me the track and some rewards. It's really bad that the message popped up before I was able to see the news.

I hope there is another way to resolve this.

I got the track when i noticed the popup and clicked server.

I got done out of some diamonds and coins though.

I had the message pop up at a cabin with barely any cell phone service. I chose server save and got no map or gems and coins. Appears it did not load...

I didn't see the instructions published by Ubisoft before I got the pop up in the game and ended up selecting the recommended device option. I was definitely in the top 5% and didn't get the final track either. Any assistance for those of us in this situation???

hi ... i have the same problem ... i start the save game from the devie and not from the server. i read this here to late.
can you give me an new chance to load this "fix savegame"
