Even though we can delete the posts, and ban the accounts, they never stop coming.

If you don't fix the Gab / Loop hole they indeed will keep returning. It's easy to take care off (Or significantly reduce the amount of registering spam bots) if you fix the gab where they register trough.

There is an automated system that catches a large portion of the bot accounts created. What shows up on the forums are the bots that are able to circumvent the filters.

But why there isn't some kind of verification like the captcha you had before, wouldn't it help? Right now you can post without doing much.

If I remember correctly, captchas were implemented for posting a few months ago. They might have been removed when there was negative feedback from other forum users regarding it.
